The way your problems as a tenant are taken into consideration and solved is close to none. Actualy it is none. I had to go for two weeks every day and ask for a plumber for a leaking instalation. They are simply crap. Seriousely, DON'T TRY THEM.

I agree wholeheartedly. I have a list of 26 times they broke the tenancy agreement with us - didn't repair our ceiling or toilet for three months, rented us a house with a washing machine and when it broke too eight months to replace it. Absoulte charlatans. I hope they go bust.

Have been renting for 30 years and have used 3 different managing agents over the years, and Eastway have been the best. No problem with the tenants selected, prompt monthly accounts received, no unreasonable expenses deducted, and the cash due has been paid regularly into my account....

These agents¢â‚¬â„¢ fees were excellent compared to some off the bigger high street companies and they were fixed, they also provided a better service in the price e.g inventory was included as it was furnished

NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENT: they are completely incompetent, all talk and no action. Repairs take forever to be done (and often are not done despite continuous emails and phonecalls). Before we moved in they promised to do a number of things, none of which were done. The furniture they provided was awful - the mattress is the worst I'd ever slept on. Seriously, keep away! The most incompetent business i have ever encountered! ...
