I begrudgingly rented a flat through this company, despite hearing countless bad reviews of them. Suffice to say the flat was in terrible condition, had no shower, was dirty and had no light bulbs or electricity the day I moved in. All of which I overlooked as it was a short-term let.
All that said, one incident struck me as absolutely disgusting. After reporting a faulty storage heater, I was told an electrician would get in contact to arrange a time to come and take a look at it. I heard nothing in the coming weeks from either an electrician or the agency. A few weeks later the heater mysteriously started working again (I assumed it had sorted itself out) and, having not heard a thing from anyone else, had no reason to think otherwise.

Someone had been given keys to my property and entered without permission or notice leaving no note or message to say any work had been carried out. Do not trust this agency, they are unprofessional, disorganised and do not care about their tenants. Avoid at all costs!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
