Booked a flat viewing for a property with these agents. Took the morning off and drove an hour to get to the viewing only to find that my viewing was for a different property on the same street with the same amount of bedrooms, but horrible in comparison. I also found out that the original property I intended to view had been let out already. Wasted a morning and lost out on a great flat due this company's poor communication skills. The agent didn't appear to feel bad about the situation and tried to palm off the blame onto a receptionist when she was one of the people I confirmed my viewing with over the phone. No apology given either. Very upset by this experience.

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent experience with us.
Many properties in Dunblane let out very quickly and we always try to be fair in our lettings process, so that the first person to view and reserve a property can secure it.
We emailed you in the morning before your viewing to alert you to the fact that the flat you had originally booked to view had been reserved by another viewer and that we had an alternative flat available, which was on the same street and marketed at a similar price.
We are sorry to hear that you felt our communication fell short of your expectations and would like to assure you of our best intentions in assisting you in your property search in the future.
