I have to say that this is one of the most inefficient and unreliable estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Their whole approach was most unprofessional and inefficient. I was due to move in to a property, and the day before the moving date, I was told that the boiler had failed its inspection. Why wasn't this carried out earlier? Why was I not kept informed? I was not allowed to move in. Then pipes burst in the roof and the property was flooded. Occupation date again postponed for over a month. I gave up. It cost me over £1500 in cancelled removal fees and alternative accommodation and I was told that because the contract had not been signed, I had no comeback. I found a brilliant alternative rental through another local estate agent with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. Do NOT use Regal estates, they are entirely unprofessional in their approach and how they operate. They have cost me a fortune! Incidentally, their letting agents could do with some lessons in English grammar. The content of some of their emails beggars belief!

Absolutely appalled that I was unable to achieve any kind of refund whatsoever, even though the fault was entirely theirs.
