Thomas Morris in Ramsey have been helpful and have guided us through the minefield that is selling ones house. Their original pricing was spot on and enabled us to get a price for our property that we were content with. Throughout the staff kept us informed of events and gave us great feedback following each viewing. They were open to discussions about the marketing strategy and gave us honest feedback so that we worked as one to achieve our sale.
Comment on agent fees
In these days of internet selling where the shop front does not sell as many properties as online, I think thye may have to rething their pricing strategy.
