What do you want from an Estate Agent , you want them to be honest , hard working , punctual, , excellent communicators and diligent. The Team at Kingsteignton were all of these things , plus going the extra mile when things don't go quite as planned. Our thanks to Leanne and the team , who i am sure will go from strength to strength in the industry.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more helpful , explain selling protocol to us , give us a sellers guide , regular phonecalls & updates . More negotiation on selling price , not leaving up to client. If not available leave instructions for someone else. Be available on completion day . An after sales phone call .
