Absolute Disgrace*
Simply terrible experience at every point of contact once the tenancy had started. They don't appear to want to do anything.
It would not be true to say they are useless as they are worse than useless.
No one seems bothered in that office. Paying through the roof for rent, they treat you without any respect. Absolutely rude and unhelpful!

All of the staff at the Northwood Crawley office are very concerned to read this review. We all try very hard to provide a professional & friendly service to our customers.
We would very much like the opportunity of reviewing the complaint in detail, so that we can resolve any issues should our service levels have fallen short of the high standards we set ourselves.
Unfortunately, however, as no name or contact details have been attached to the review we are unable to respond to the person(s) concerned, or address the specific issues that have led to their complaint.

It is a shame that this 'landlord' wishes to remain anonymous as it makes it impossible to address the situation. Northwood do not charge any additional fees on the guaranteed scheme as the additional add on's, such as inventory/inventory photos are included as part of the service. Clearly our other 74 clients who have left feedback are satisfied. If this landlord would like to contact us direct maybe we can discuss their particular 'disgust' with us? ...

We felt the premium we were paying for the guaranteed rent scheme was too high, considering that the flat was never empty. However, as new landlords we wanted the piece of mind when starting out. We are now on Northwood's 'Silver Package' which charges a much more competitive percentage for the service.
