This is in respect of a house-hunt in early January 2017, which is leading to a successful completion in mid March, on a house marketed by Bradleys. Albeit a comparatively straightforward transaction ( short chain), the process was smoothed by the professionalism and openness of the staff - especially Elizabeth who showed us various properties and gave sound advice, and Fiona who helped secure a buyer-seller agreement and then oversaw the implementation.
