This review has been reported as we believe this to be a false declaration. In order for us to look into your claims further, it would be beneficial if you provided your name and the property address you are relating to? In addition to this, please can you provide the name of the sales consultant who you claim to have shown you around the property in question? We are a professional Agency and treat statements like this very seriously. We have no recollection of the above, however should your offer not have been proceedable, this would have been the choice of our client (the Landlord). Helliwell & Co. do not wish to waste peoples time, nor do we wish to have our time taken up either – there are certain processes that we follow in order to ensure that all parties interests are protected. So should this be a genuine review, we apologise if you were unhappy with our due diligence.
