Joshua Helliwell is entirely useless and an amateur at best. At first he did not show up to view the house we wanted to rent, but rather sent one of his colleagues who dealt with sales and not rentals. Within an hour of viewing the house, we paid a £1,000 holding deposit - for absolutely no reason entirely as it definitely did not guarantee us the property. He then went to 'speak to the landlord' and it took FIVE days for him to get back to us, in the meantime dodging our calls when we wanted to follow up. Despite us having to provide 6 months work of bank statements and countless irrelevant references, we did not get the property. I believe he did not even bother trying to get it for us, but merely spent 5 days finding another tenant to entice the landlord. He still has not returned our holding deposit now a week later. Completely disappointed. Would not recommend.

Terrible considering he made virtually no effort to get us this property but rather wasted our time and his colleagues time going through countless references and bank statements.

This review has been reported as we believe this to be a false declaration. In order for us to look into your claims further, it would be beneficial if you provided your name and the property address you are relating to? In addition to this, please can you provide the name of the sales consultant who you claim to have shown you around the property in question? We are a professional Agency and treat statements like this very seriously. We have no recollection of the above, however should your offer not have been proceedable, this would have been the choice of our client (the Landlord).
