I had privately let and had a complete nightmare. Contacted a few agents liked Lyn from William h brown. She found a tenant within a week. Done all the checks no problems. Charlie did look after my account. Now it's Kay and to date every has run like clockwork. We occasionally have a chat and any issues are sorted within days. My tenants have been in for a year and are now looking for at least another two. Happy days.
