It's Sunday night and the packing seems never ending! However, I did wonder whether I'd ever get here... I first put my place in the market may last year with Glyn Jones, they were rubbish and didn't get me any viewings, then I tried Welch's abs thier customer service was appalling... then I went to bacon... the market was a little slow, but these guys never gave up, they tweaked the marketing, they consistently kept in touch and obtained feedback... eventually I got an offer... my purchase was a bit of a nightmare for various reasons and leaders were the agents I was buying though, holy crap another appalling agent... to the point where Dave Daniels just simply took over, he managed my sale and my purchase... he managed my buyers expectations in an exceptional manner, he kept in touch with me, he negotiated with all 3 sets of solicitors and just git stuff done... the sales progression severvice was exceptional and the whole goring team were a pleasure to deal with... so much so, they got 3 home made cakes out of me!!!!! I can't recommend the team enough... throughout the process I have dealt with 4 estate agents and had appalling experiences with 75% of them... I am so so so grateful for the bacon team, I will never ever recommend another agent...

I negotiated a great deal, to the point I feel slightly guilty because of the analyst of work the team did on my behalf!
