Very aggressive poor agent with a harsh tenancy agreement. Agent tried to bully me when my landlord wanted to sell the property. Ended up having to change locks to stop them illegally entering my property. If you are a landlord note the flat is still empty and for sale 9 months after I left.
Comment on agent fees
Lots of penalty clauses.fee to check inventory on move out.
