Poor service from day one. Had to constantly chase up stages of the process when putting our house up for sale. We had people knocking on our door who had tried to arrange a viewing with Reeds Rains, however Reeds Rains hadn't got back to them. We also had people turning up for viewings which we had not been notified about, even though we had asked for 24 hours notice! The branch manager, Holly would then avoid our calls for at least 4 days then tell us she knew nothing about our complaints - why? and to quote - 'not to cut our nose off to spite our face' when we asked for our property to be taken off the market with themselves - absolutely disgraceful service and attitude!
Comment on agent fees
We were charged £150 for photographs to be taken - we have never been given these photographs. They took 6 weeks to upload these photographs onto their website - again disgraceful!
