Contrary to what was said by the staff at CityZen as to the other Taylor place tenant being the first to give a negative review, I would invite you to look through the reviews , as there are clearly other complaints about your agency and its management / procedures. Futhermore , I am the another tenant and agree that the management has failed to make right the heating for 6 months in a flat whilst still taking full rent.
Section 11 clearly states " to keep in repair and proper working order the installations in the dwelling-house for space heating and heating water.."
One does not see why it is my obligation to chase for months on end a landlord or a managing agent to get these fixed whilst still paying full rent?
If you had really wanted a resolution you would have made one months ago, not via this website.

Once again I invite you and your flat mate to arrange a meeting with myself to discuss the issues. It would be more appropriate than trying to discuss them on a 3rd party website.
Overall we have a 4 star rating because we please more people than not!

Thanks Alex for your unkind words, perhaps a well constructed and worded email to myself may have been more appropriate and useful but you clearly wanted to have a rant. Before going to the ombudsman you have to comply with the company complaints procedure which will involve you having to construct a sensible email without calling us "cretins" and "lazy" I am guessing as with most tenants who chose to rant and abuse the company there is another side to this story which is probably why you cho ...

Andrew Thanks for the review, here is a few points you conveniently left out of your review: 1. You failed to replace the mattress as agreed at the start of the tenancy and Jesse had to run around trying to help you out 2.
