Bought a property using this agent and have had nothing but trouble with them. At first they insisted that we use their own financial services to enable us to obtain a buyers incentive. Turned out to be a scam to increase the selling price which wouldn't reduce the buyers cost at all! Agents have been misleading, unhelpful, argumentative and very defensive when quizzed about details of property. Don't use them if you can help it. Estate agents are useless arn't they?
What agent could do to change your mind?
Change the staff and start again with a good attitude would be a minimal requirement for this lot!Attached Filesnbsp;
