I was really worried about renting a place in the UK for the first time, especially after hearing various horror stories about all the ways estate agents can screw people over. After reading online reviews, I decided to go with Buckley Frayne - and have NOT regretted that decision once! They have been excellent in every way. Moving in, repairs, and eventually moving out and getting my deposit back - everything went smoothly and without delays. Needless to say, I was happy to stay with them for my current tenancy as well.

Sabrina (the agent I spoke to most of the time) is really nice and friendly, on top of being a perfect professional. She always replied to my emails quickly, was very flexible when I needed to reschedule viewings and generally did everything she could to help me out. English isn't my first language and Sabrina always made sure I understood all the terms and conditions and patiently answered all of my (probably stupid :) ) questions. I especially appreciate this and think it speaks volumes about the level of professionalism at Buckley Frayne.

The other employees I (briefly) spoke to also seemed really nice and really competent.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend Buckley Frayne to anyone in need of estate agents.

Fees seem adequate to the excellent service I received. Also, I was very clearly told about all fees beforehand, no nasty surprises.
