I am not impressed in the slightest. Lied about the condition of the flat which could potentially put me back in hospital (explicititly explained to the estate agent), flat was disgustingly filthy when I moved in (mouldy food in the oven), lied and construe their words to pull one over you. Management is the worst I have ever seen.

Awful, paying for what? A dirty flat, lies and a poorly managed estate agent.
