It was an absolute pleasure working with Simon for the sale of my property. Not only did he manage to sell it (which no other agent seemed to be able to complete on previously), he is the kind of Agent all buyers and sellers want to work with. He is honest, reliable, trustworthy, personable but professional and was always at the end of the phone at the drop of a hat. He ensured he gave feedback on each and every prospective buyer, providing an honest idea of their thoughts on the property, and he continually kept me in the loop if he had any updates. He not only successfully found me a buyer for the property, he was also available outside 'normal' working hours to assist me with completing the detailed forms required to sell a property. Simon 100% goes above and beyond what is expected of him as an Agent, he made the whole experience a pleasurable seamless one rather than a stressful one. If only all Agents worked with the same ethics as he does, however this is what makes Simon stand out from the rest, and why I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him and his Agency, and I will certainly be requesting his services when I sell my next property.
