We have recently used William H Browne in Braintree to purchase a house in great Leigh's. I can do nothing but praise the effort and professionalism we had from Liam Wilson at the Branch. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole purchasing process, and although we had a difficult time (no fault of William H Browne) Liam went that extra mile to ensure we got the home of our dreams and everything progressed as it should.

Bad, laughable, they should be embarrassed &/ or ashamed. For what they charge and for what they do when it is really required (I did not just spill a glass of water on the carpet!), they need severely taking to task. Any other customer service industry they would go bust as they couldn't run a bath
