I have used the Guaranteed rent scheme with Northwood for the last year. Having never done this before I was concerned it was going to be a real pain. From start to finish the process was fabulous with this company. Kate organised everything from the start making things extremely simple for me, and Mike dealt with everthing throughout the term, I was hardly bothered with anything and the property came back in immacualte condition, again everthing kept simple and hassle free for me. Can't thank them enough and I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly Recommended!
