In these modern times where you can sell via an "online agent" at a much greater price, it is hard to justify the agents fee. However, we felt John and his team really earn't the fee, even after instructing a joint agent a few months in, they powered through with the viewings and eventually secured a sale. We are unsure as to what the outcome would have been if we had gone with an online company - You get what you pay for?..
