Mishon have been our saviours during what has been an extremely difficult period of buying and selling. Our first agents were useless and we thought after employing a second set of estate agents, everything would be fine. They were great but their buyer pulled out, and we had already put an offer in on a property. We went to Mishon as they were dealing with the sale of the flat we wanted. They pulled out all the stops and nothing was too much trouble. It didn't take them long to find us a new buyer. It wasn't the price we wanted and so we asked Mishon for a little more. Amina was amazing! She negotiated with all the chains concerned, which meant that we got the price we wanted and everything was agreed before Xmas. Now all of us will be happily moving next week because of Amina. I would highly recommend Mishon as they did what they promised. Sold our home quickly and managed to save the purchase of our new home. Brilliant customer service all round at Preston Park and Hove. All the team kept us up to date with all the goings on. Their fees are reasonable too. A special special thanks again to Amina, as she was the shining star who saved the day in the end.
