I was recommended eMoov after two family members used them to sell properties, and I have to say they exceeded all expectations!

First of all Adam Cast came to value my property. After I decided to go with eMoov he came back to take photographs, floorplan and virtual tour. He went through the Hero site, where you manage your advert and viewings etc. to show me how easy the it was to use. I was amazed at the quality of the photographs that he took, I couldn't believe he made my property look so good! Viewings came quick enough and just under a month of being on the market, my place was sold.

Then came the sales progression staff, Sarah James, who kept me up to date with all of the processes that we went through. She repeatedly made calls to my buyer and their solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction took place. She also kept in touch with my solicitor to keep them abreast of everything that was going on.

I thoroughly recommend eMoov to anyone looking to sell their property. The price you pay for the service you get is incredible, and it's so nice that there's no percentage that they take from the sale of the property like in many high street agents. I even found doing my own viewings was beneficial, as prospective buyers preferred talking to me due to my knowledge of my property and the area, whereas with agents, especially when I was viewing, didn't always seem to know answers to questions.

Well done eMoov on a superb experience and stress free sale. Adam and Sarah are a credit to your company.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
