Bret took charge from the begining and helped me with not only the purchase but directed me to a solicitor who helped. I have never had a smoother purchase of a property and given the fact it was my first ever buy to let I needed some hand holding with numerous questions being answered in a timely fashion.

I was the purchaser and so didn't have to pay any fees to the agent.
