We wanted to express our belated thanks for the excellent manner in which Cavendish supported us in selling our property. It has not been about one individual but the whole team who have supported us.
A senior member of the team came to see us about the potential transfer from our existing estate agent and he guided us throughout the initial process. He did so calmly and with his vast experience of the area and the business it was very clear that Cavendish was the right estate agent for us after over a year of lack of success. He engendered confidence in what was a difficult situation and gave us sound advice. Another member of the management team took over the reins and with his straight and honest talking the transfer was undertaken smoothly. We had the confidence that he wanted to do the right thing for us and his advice throughout the whole process was very sound indeed.
Our nominated Sales Negotiator was superb both during our failed sale and then our subsequently successful sale. She is calm, experienced, knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. We believe it was thanks to her input that our buyers actually came to see the property. She was an absolute treasure.
She was ably supported by other members of the team who are efficient, calm and know their business well and indeed one member of the team who dealt with us of an evening and on Sundays. All members of the team are extremely professional and what sticks out in our mind is the cohesive manner in which the team operates. The communications with the client and within the team are exemplary and way in excess of the service previously provided by our first estate agent.
The system just clicks into place and whoever is dealing with you knows the facts and the important finer details. They do this also with a great sense of humour which is extremely important during what is a very stressful process. Selling houses is not for the faint hearted!
So, can we just say a huge thank you to all the team at Cavendish Mold for helping to deliver our house sale. We have highly recommended Cavendish to a number of people and will continue to do so.
