The worst agent one could ever meet. Lies from start to finish, not only to me but to judiciary when case progressed to court, case struck out twice. We settled out of court to enable us to sever all connections with this agency. The lies, arrogance and complete disregard of decency made our dealings with Cosway unbearable.
Avoid at all cost. Deplorable!!!

The most important point is that you have had a tenant for 4 years who has made payments of rent on time every month and looked after your property. Landlords who are not experienced in letting properties as yourself do give estate agents bad name when they try unsuccessfully to avoid paying renewals fee.

As a buyer, we didn't pay fees - but as a potential seller - don't use them! Use any other agent - as they just won't sell your property, especially if they don't follow up with potential buyers.
