As Allagents are incapable of policing their own site and allowing bogus reviews that have been flagged upward of three times, i will treat this 'review' with the contempt it deserves and welcome you to get in touch at any point to further discuss via our contact details.
Firstly you state this is a comment on agent fees, yet you make no mention of this in your review other than 'bad'. There is no elaboration on this and the review, frankly, is nonsensical and in which i will need to address each point separately as it does not flow into any form of argument or opinion.
'This company has been set up'... Yes this company was set up by four directors 31/3/2009 to be precise, in order to fill a gap in the market of poor service to Landlords and tenants. We go above and beyond in our level of service to our clients reflecting in our long lasting relationships with both tenants and Landlords, where we offer an exemplary professional yet personal service to all. So to confirm, yes, this company 'has been set up'.
'*work for subsidiary building company's that this owner is involved with'... As advised above there are FOUR directors, so what owner do you make reference to? In any case it is superfluous as Lomond Letting Ltd is the SOLE business entity of all FOUR directors and therefore your statement is that of a false accusation which Allagents allows to pollute their site.
'Really don't know how to manage property or seek value for money for owners'... Well as we have had over four hundred properties run through our business i think you will find that we know how to manage properties, as in actual fact, there is over one hundred years of experience and combined knowledge of the rental market between the directors that is passed on to all staff.
In terms of 'value for money' our commission rates start at 6% per calendar month which we believe is very good value for money, thus confirming our modus operandi of 'highest professionalism... lowest commission'. I can't really say more on this matter as you again offer nothing but an unjustified accusation .
In trying to decipher your main point of this review i would gather that what you are also trying to state is that there is no value for money due to contractors / building companies that are used that are complete separate entities to Lomond Letting Ltd. Well we have a long list of the best local tradesmen in which we get quotes from various when there is a repair required, and from that the LANDLORD PICKS HIS / HER PREFERRED QUOTE or they may have their own preferred contractor to fulfil any task / issue that is reported to them. If you were a Landlord with our company you would know that WE CANNOT AUTHORISE WORKS OVER AND ABOVE A NOMINAL AMOUNT UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY as per our terms and conditions.
Again this just sums up your whole unjustified 'review'. It is a shame that we have to take time out of our busy schedule servicing Landlords and tenants in order to respond to such a review as this should have been deleted when first flagged as there is no foundation whatsoever.
