Very poor communications, record-keeping, follow-up, and dealing with repair issues. Sent contractors for quotes and in first instance did not follow up for quotes for more than a month after I (TENANT) chased them. Second instance, they sent a man to look at a problem with a party-wall being unexplainably wet. Contractor said problem was due to leak in roof and rain. I replied that it had not rained. The man replied, "It is always raining somewhere". He insisted I find lessee of party wall for access; then he did not arrive at time he set for meeting! More problems with people not returning calls or making accurate notes. Complained to HQ, to have three different customer service people provide different responses, with no apology or statement of their procedures for dealing with repair reports. One month after report of new problem, still no confirmation of receipt of my report of the matter, or statement of what procedure / time frame they should follow. They do not record calls and I have found the staff failing to keep promises or accurate records. Do everything in writing and avoid phone or face to face interactions when possible.
