Do not ever use this agency. The manager and his staff are incompetent,unprofessional,discourteous and an absolute disgrace.Throughout the few weeks that Fulfords of 14 Mannamead Road were marketing my property they didn`t keep appointments, they constantly lied that correspondence was being e mailed to me which i never received,which in the end ,after three weeks, their bungling manager admitted that they had lost all my property details ,so nothing had actually been sent to me despite being repetitevely advised they had ,by him and his staff . Therefore professional,effective marketing was nil and the obvious result was the lack of enquiries.The most annoying part is that the manager never answered my calls or e mails whilst i was trying to determine what was going on and would constantly be on "another call" when i was trying to make contact ,as he was probably hiding from the result of his incompetence and numerous errors in this disasterous attempt to market a property which would be second nature to a true professional.
Fulfords ,through this incompetent branch have succeeded in delaying my property being marketed for weeks as i now have to start again with another agency ,so instruct this bunch at your peril and don`t be tempted by the over valuing technique to secure custom.
What agent could do to change your mind?
All the agent needed to have done in this case is admit the errors at an early stage enabling things to be put right without delay,be truthful and commmunitive and be available and contactable by returning calls etc.
These factors should be the base of any professional business which is sadly lacking here and the branch obviously needs taking over by someone with basic decency ,drive and focus on customer care and provide value for the thousands of pounds that a sale provides.
