I can't sing the praises of Bradley, Tim and the wider M&M Properties Team enough, potentially to the point that this will sound like the review was written by them. M&M Properties listed my property the 3rd of January 2017, had numerous offers on it over the next few days, and sold it only a few days later for the asking price. Another agent in LB had arranged a sale for £10,000 less, in a chain that couldn't complete, and after marketing my property to only one person. So all I can say is if you want to sell a house in Leighton Buzzard and you want it done professionally, with haste, and with your best interests at the forefront, then M&M Properties are your BEST and only option. I moved overseas and left these guys to sell my property and I can't fault the way in which they have made this such a stress free process, Bradley even went around to the property and took the final readings of the meters. Having listed my property with more than one agent and having received rather shoddy service from another LB agent prior to my listing with M&M, I just can't thank these guys enough for the fantastic job they have done. They met the market with their commission rate and left two other LB agents for dead when it came to getting the best price for my property and progressing a rapid sale. Thank you so much for such amazing service!
