My purchase of a property in St Ives should have been a seemless smooth and easy transaction. However, due to delays by the solicitors it was getting very drawn out and towards the end I was becoming very frustrated. Jemma could sense this and with my blessing 'took over' the chasing and communication between all parties and was a very competent intermediartry resulting in the property transaction going through with completion 'on time' and as agreed.
Thank you for your professional work and I would thoroughly recommend you and your organisation to anyone requiring the service of an estate agent.
