Not a bad service but definitely room for improvement. Samantha was excellent, did everything she could to attend to any queries etc that we had, The rest of the people we dealt with tho, not so much. Not that they where particularity bad but that there where queries that we never heard back from, even recieved some complaints from the vendor through the solicitors regarding non addressed items. For example, the new heating system hadn't been used in a good few months, I had asked Bacon to please ensure that it was brought to pressure and then a switched on at 19 degrees for the times between exchange and completion. This was agreed and then once we had the keys , we moved in to find this hadn't been done. I found, to cut a long story short that we felt fobbed off. There was absolutely no comparison between the estate agent we used at our end and with Bacon. It could have been better. If say they couldn't do something then being told that would have been the key to a much better review. I love a bit of communication as you can see. And I simply believe that it was an inconsistent and impoveable service we received.
