I sold my house with Kav from White Tiger Estates, nice and easy no issues very straight forward, completely transparent. He Recommended which solicitors to go to even pointed me in the right direction for a mortgage. I was selling my house for the first time and had no idea he helped me through it every step of the way.
He is now giving me investment advise as I am starting to build my property portfolio.

The quality of the house is very nice but the state it was left it was horrific . No attempt to clean after the previous tenants were made in the communal area along with the room I was in There was left over belongs of the previous tenant in my room along with hair strands all of the place . In the middle of a pandemic this is just not acceptable.
