Rude and uncaring. Did not reply to enquiries. Advertised some properties that were not actually available. Did not respond to voicemails. When I got through, the man I spoke to was really horrible and rude and he hung up on me.

This review should not be left for us as we are not the managing agents or owners of the building and as such, have no power over any of what has been described. We also, do not condone the landlords behaviour with regards to these actions. Please could this review be removed. If it is not, it will be treated as libel and our solicitors will be taking action accordingly, including seeking damages. ...

You signed for a 12 months tenancy and you stayed in the property for 14 months. We would never promise anyone anything other than the terms stated on the contract. Obviously, the landlord looking to sell is something that is completely out of our control. These fact-less reviews are ethically questionable and this website should make sure of the facts prior to allowing such reviews. ...
