I am a landlord, with a portfolio of properties Kav at White Tiger Estates manages my properties, truth be told he keeps everything very simple, he is accredited by the right organisations giving me as a landlord a sense of security, he has paid my rent to me in full every month on time without any delays, he manages my property along with all the maintenance and makes the right decisions and advises me correctly. Having used agents on the past I began to manage my own properties due to the problems I have had in the past with agents until I met Kav 2 years ago, sceptical at first I now have full faith in him.
I would highly recommend Kav & White Tiger Estates to anyone especially if you have had trouble with agents in the past this one goes the extra mile the service is impeccable.

White Tiger Estates do not cut corners, all procedures are followed from referencing, check in & checkout inventories, deposits secured as well as a contact service between the landlord and tenant to report any issues throughout the tenancy even after hours based on the level of service and out put their fees are very reasonable providing security for both the tenant and the landlord.

The quality of the house is very nice but the state it was left it was horrific . No attempt to clean after the previous tenants were made in the communal area along with the room I was in There was left over belongs of the previous tenant in my room along with hair strands all of the place .
