I was with another local big named agent for a year before going with Andrews, I was never short of offers and had 3 buyers pull out, two of whom pulled out at exchange. I changed to Andrews and they were amazing!! Rosie got a buyer and we have just completed. Rosie kept me informed every step of the way and she always contacted me with updates and feed back, I never had to chase her and she was always honest with her thoughts with the possible buyers and any issues with my property. I really wish I had gone with her sooner as it would have saved a year of stress and a lot of money. I only stayed with the first agent for so long as they managed my property for letting. I highly recommend Andrews, amazing service and Rosie was brilliant!

Rosie and I negotiated the fees at the beginning, I felt the fees were just right. All the work Rosie put in to the sale you would have thought my fees were higher then they were.
