I have been in contact with Amanda throughout the duration of my tenancy of 4 years. She always provided me with quick responses to my queries. When contacting Amanda, she was not always the person I was supposed to talk to with my query but she was always happy to either get the answer for me or give me the details of the correct person. Amanda has always been friendly and very helpful.
Comment on agent fees
Fees seemed average and the tenancy renewal fee was lower than I have seen in other estate agents.

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
