Amanda was amazing start to finish.
She was super patient and very understanding throughout the entire process. Nothing but polite and kind via email and on the phone.
The referencing at my end was super slow however Amanda was constantly re-assuring me and took time out to make me feel at ease with the situation.
We can't wait to move back home to Didcot and it wouldn't have been possible without Amanda's help

Whilst I understand fees need to be paid I did feel they were not fully explained by the person who showed me around the house what exactly they were covering

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
