Firstly we would like to say how helpful and proactive all the staff at Your Move Mary Ashton are, from the very first visit with Paul Jackson to arrange our morgage to final days of ensuring everything processed for completion. We always felt everyone was working for us and doing their upmost to help us achieve our new home. When our first sale fell through due to our buyer losing his deposit so close to exchange of contract, we thought our new home was out of reach. The whole team reacted quickly, kept our confidence and ensured we had a new buyer within a couple of weeks. From making our listing a premium listing, taking new and improved photos, remarketing and taking over viewings, they not only found us the new buyer but also reduced the stress we were under at the time.

Paul, thank you for your determination to find us the best morgage deal to suit our needs.Your confidence and commitment helped us through issues with our buyers surveyor, we can't recommend your service enough and couldn't have done this without you.

Meghan, looked after our sale from pretty much the start and was fantastic, there wasn't anything that was too much trouble, if Meghan said she would do something she did. Throughout the marketing process we were not only kept informed with the progress but were also recommended improvements and changes we could make to achieve the sale.

Tom, was absolutely priceless in the last couple of months, his help being the middle man between the solicitors to ensure everything stayed on track was a great help. Knowing the issues we had gone through with our first sale, he took the proactive approach and did everything in his powers to achieve our completion.

We are now in our new home and loving it thank you all.

Hi Chloe, I am sorry to read this however we have no idea who you are and which property you rent. Could you please contact the office and provide further details so that we can investigate the maintenance history of the property. In terms of renewing tenancies we have a charge of £120 including VAT which we feel is reasonable and reflects both the charges of other agents and the work involved for ourselves.
