What agent could do to change your mind?
Haart could have treated us with a little decent respect and acted as though they actually wanted our custom. They should have a communal diary, so that everyone can see who is viewing what when. They should keep a tight record of their customers details. And they should keep each others phone numbers and keep their phones. They should be more polite and focus more on their customer service. They should be more prepared and more organised. And overall more professional.Attached Filesnbsp;
