This was a particularly difficult purchase. The owners could not agree on the sale price, and I realise that there had to be a lot of behind-the-scenes negotiation. However, I was very happy with the balanced help and support I received from the agents involved - Lucy Sugden, the sales agent, and Fiona Taylor, whose role it was to look after the after-sales details. Should I again need the assistance of a real estate agent in Exmouth, I'll have no problem working with them both. Top job, difficult though it was. Best wishes, Charles Hara.
