As a landlady, I have used Berkeley estates for a number of years and I have to say, I have found them to be extremely efficient and reliable. They take all the pressure off of letting a property and deal with all aspects for me so I don't have to worry or stress about a thing. Whoever I deal with, they are always helpful, friendly and deliver. I highly recommend Berkeley estates.

I don't feel the fee of £300 each was reflective of the services they provided us. As students this fee was unrealistic. I don't understand what the agency fee pays for and feel it is futile. compared to other agents this fee was about double.
