They've let us a flat with broken fridge (let alone a few other things showing honest contempt towards the customer) and since 10 days do not act on any requests :)
We moved to our new home (yay!) where we store food and medicine in the plastic bag (to save from the rain) tied to railing (to save from the wind) on the balcony and hear every day that MANN are getting someone to examine the fridge ASAP.
So - choosing this agent make sure you checked all the appliances and every corner of the property three times before giving them a deposit. Some furniture, plumbing, white goods might be kept in poor condition, looking good outside but fall apart inside. Unfortunately, like it happens with most estate agents - as soon as they got your money you will no longer exist for them. I don't know if the problem is with their property manager (miss Piara Ullah, avoid her at any means) or with the agency itself, and i don't really need to know. I have every right to receive the property in good condition for a normal living and should not waste my time and nerve on getting existing issues fixed during my tenancy. Bad tenant service, irresponsible neglect attitude MANN.
