Very poor, didn't help me at all and let me get a long way through the system into buying a property and then suggested to their seller that someone else should get it. I had already got a survery on the property too, so lost all the money I had spent. I went very quickly to another agent. Do not trust these people. Should be sacked or prosecuted. ...

Reply is not factual, it was less than 5 months after terminating your contract we sold, other houses also did not sell and had our experience with poor unqualified views and he saw fit to complain to your management, Agents tasked to show our house that mislead viewers within 60 seconds of walking in the door , agents who couldn’t even describe an orangery. Try and cover yourselves in roses but for me your what one would put on roses. ...
