My property was on their website for several weeks but you could not find it using the village name or the correct number of bedrooms, which in my opinion is not providing the service you are paying for. It took several phone calls to get this resolved and within an hour of it being resolved I had a viewing from the people who eventually purchased the property. Would not recommend them at all but I fear that a lot of estate agents are the same, I think we need a big player to come in and shake things up.
Comment on agent fees
Very expensive for what they provided.

Carvers Estate Agents in Darlington I found to be wholly incompetent, untrustworthy and dishonest in their lacklustre, faltering and unprofessional conduct. With an eye only on their fee they did the very minimum to sell the property in their charge, choosing to actively market the ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The estate agent is supposed to be providing a service, why should I drop patients to leave work early, let alone take my precious time off for them to visit my house for 30 minutes to an hour to tell me what price my house is worth! Several other estate agents said I'm really sorry we no longer value on weekends but I will speak with my manager and see what we can do, they go back to me in minutes saying that they can do 6.30pm on a weekday night. It is little things like this that show which agents care about customers and customer service!

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
