Absolute disgrace! NOthing repaired when in desperate need and complete rip off, will steal your money in every way possible TONS of hidden charges and huge false advertising. On a constant basis. Cant believe how they have been allowed to continue trading. Only a matter of time before they will go under.

Very unhappy, very bad experience with all aspects. The agency was only kind up to the moment when I put down the 500‚£ reservation money. From that moment on, hell begins. First they try to put me in with the landlord even though the ad clearly ...

It has been 45 days (forty five days) now and they still haven't returned me the deposit. They have all this time kept my money with explanation "Waiting for the room to be cleaned" and "We are chasing the landlord". No responsibility whatsoever towards me as the client. I have raised a dispute on Friday against them. ...

The most awful agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Terrible staff - rude, offensive and unprofessional. Individuals there have very limited knowledge of the properties they have on their books, or any of the rooms they're letting. They clearly don't train their ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Train their staff! Clearly a culture there of unhappiness and unprofessionalism that needs to be sorted. Also allow tenants to meet the other tenants before moving in, if requested.

Hello agentless, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service. We try and provide a good service and response to all tenant enquiries. If you can let em know which property you moved in to I can look into this further for you. I'm particularly worried that money was 'squeezed' out of you. We state all of our fees in a clear breakdown at the end of the tenancy agreement. If the money that you are referring to relates to rent then I'm afraid that is something that the landlor ...

As a former tenant i also agree will all the comments, these guys will try and bleed you for every cent you have at you disposal. Be very carefull before signing any agreement with them, as mentioned in previous mails, rental increases are usally 10pc per annum and the service, both in house and customer relations is poor. ...

I would not be surprised if the 5 star reviews come fron staff members or the tenants given cheaper rooms to do the agent's donkey work. To cram 5 people into a small semi with no proper communal space at 700/month is appalling and the landlords as well as the agents who bleed the tenants and make up false bad references are not held to account. You can't do it in employment law. Also no account for real wear and tear on these basic rattraps are just plain greedy. ...
