We sold our bungalow and bought a house through Ward and Partners last year, initially thought we were receiving a good service was told no issue selling property even when I queried the sale price and told several times would easily get offer at sale price even highly likely.
Months later we were advised to drop price not once but twice in the end sold for £26,000 less than expected.
we were pushed into sale in the end as suddenly told another person interested in the property we wanted to buy, which I didnt believe. Addtionally when fees were sent to our solicitor had to tell them that Ward and Partner overcharging us by £1000!
