This was my first experience of letting out a property and I used Homes of Liphook to find a tenant for me. The service I received was excellent. Sean was very helpful and explained all the different options very clearly. All the team showed prospective tenants around the property and always gave immediate feedback and any offers made. Sean rang regularly to give me an update on viewings. Comprehensive credit checks, references and information about prospective tenants enabled me to choose the right tenants for my property. From start to finish I had complete confidence in the professional service that Home's offered and will definitely continue to use them to find tenants for me. Thank you Homes.

I contacted two other letting agent's as well as Homes and found Homes to be the most competitive with what they offered.
