I have had many dealings with this letting agent, but mainly with this branch.
The staff are rude, incompetent and very inexperienced - unless you are constantly calling, emailing and visiting, nothing will get done.
Even if a house is advertised as 'ready to move in now', the staff are in no rush to progress the signing up of the tenancy agreement. In my case it took almost a month to get them to arrange picking up a key, as their 'lettings manager' is hardly in and is not accountable for anything and the rest of the team don't have a clue.
The person who showed me around the house knew less about it than I did - he hadn't even read the advertisement and was unable to answer any of my questions (simple ones, like where the advertised private car park or external storage was etc). So when I called on subsequent days to get the information, nobody was able to tell me (and nobody knew when the lettings manager would be in either, there is a severe lack of communication between the agents themselves. )
Myself and the landlords were constantly bombarded with calls from the agents with menial questions and appointments that were never honoured, which I find difficult as I work full time and do not have the time to babysit lettings agents.
(when acting on behalf of the landlords) - once they have a contract signed they do not care if you have any issues. They have houses and flats in disrepair and are happy to break the Housing Act (Wales) 2014 as well as breach the contract as they please, I'm sure this would be another case if it was the tenant breaching the contract.
Some of my dealings have been very underhand, with them calling me with certain information and then denying ever doing so; so as to remain blame-free. I would recommend getting everything in writing from the onset to save the situation I am currently stuck in with them.

Not applicable, They claim these from the landlord who has informed me that they are extortionate given the terrible service that has been provided to them.
