Brandon has been first class...
First listed property with clements. They took 40 or so viewings in first few weeks and couldnt lure a single offer. I got frustrated with all the lies and excuses so chose to list with Connells aswell.
Rhianna surveyed it and gave me confidence.
Then handed over to brandon who took care of the listing and sale.
Brandon is probably the first agent ive dealt with who has the amazing ability to listen!
He took the initiative to call his book of buy to let investors, who he thought might be interested in the property and he was right they were...
He vetted viewings properly and it took him 2 days to get 2 or 3 offers in.
We accepted an offer and the help didnt stop there.
The solicitors were slow and needed poking regularly to keep things moving, which Brandon & Carl did.
Great service. Reccommed to anyone.
